Questions, answered
Before you book.
Yes. The call is free, and so are the 14 days after it. We don’t ask for a card. If it’s earning its keep, we’ll talk about a plan on the day-10 call. If it isn’t, that’s the end of it.
Your laptop, the login for the system that holds the problem (usually your accounting software) and the question itself. Connecting takes a few minutes and it’s read-only: Chiefly can see your numbers but can’t change anything. No login to hand? Bring a few documents instead, such as an aged debtors report or last month’s management accounts.
Tell us what you use when you book and we’ll check before the call. Chiefly connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreshBooks, HubSpot and Attio, monday.com and Asana, your calendar and your files. If yours isn’t on the list, upload a document or an export and we’ll work from that.
Only the system you connect, and only to read it. Chiefly can see your numbers but can’t change, send or delete anything. Your data is encrypted, never used to train AI, and deleted or returned if you don’t carry on.
Then we’ll tell you on the call, and say what Chiefly would need to answer it. You won’t leave with a sales pitch instead of an answer.
Nothing happens by itself. On day 10 we call to go over what Chiefly has found. If it’s earning its keep, you choose a plan. If it isn’t, you walk away and your data is deleted or returned, as our DPA sets out.
