How much does it cost?
Pricing is set by the size of your organisation — how many members get the platform — with fair usage included. Larger networks pay less per member. Book a demo or tell us your member count and we'll come back with a figure.
What does every member get?
Everything. All five AI advisors, connection to their own business data, all 11 integrations, generated decks and reports, the priority matrix, and Chiefly on mobile. There are no tiers and no feature gating — every member runs the same full platform your organisation does.
How does organisation-size pricing work?
You pay for your network as a whole, based on how many members get the platform. The per-member rate falls as your network grows, and you can add members at any time — we prorate it. Above a thousand members we'll put together custom terms.
What counts as fair usage?
Behind the scenes we meter what each conversation actually costs to run. Every member's allowance is set to comfortably cover normal advisory work — daily questions, briefings, document analysis and deck generation. It exists to keep pricing honest, not to nickel-and-dime; most members never come near it.
What happens if a member hits fair usage?
They can keep going by adding a token pack, billed directly to the member — your organisation's bill never changes. That way one power user never affects what you pay, and heavy use funds itself.
Can members add seats for their own team?
Yes. A member can add seats for their leadership team under your brand, paid for by the member directly. Your organisation's price stays the same.
Can we see it working before we commit?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. A demo runs Chiefly against a business like yours so you can judge the quality of the answers before any commitment. If it's a fit, we set it up with you rather than handing you a login and leaving you to it.
What integrations are included?
All 11, for every member: QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, FreshBooks, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Google Drive, OneDrive, Companies House, and document upload.
Is my financial data safe?
Yes. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption, read-only OAuth connections (we can never modify your records), two-factor authentication, and role-based access controls. Each member's data is walled off — one member's numbers are never visible to another.
