What’s the difference between Standard and Premium?
Premium users get all 5 AI advisory agents with full access to your connected business data — financials, CRM, calendars, cloud storage, and more. Standard users get a secure AI chat assistant where they can upload and analyse documents, but they don’t see connected business data. Owners and admins (Premium seats) control what each team member can access.
Why does the first seat have to be Premium?
Every organisation needs at least one Premium seat to connect integrations, manage the team, and set up the business context that powers Chiefly’s AI advisors. This is typically the founder or business owner. After that, you can add Standard seats for team members at a lower cost.
How does per-seat billing work?
You pay per user, per month (or annually at 20% off). Mix Premium and Standard seats to fit your team. Add or remove seats anytime — changes are prorated on your next bill.
Do I get a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 7-day free trial with full Premium access. No credit card required to start. You can also use the Free plan indefinitely with limited features.
What can Standard users actually do?
Standard users can chat with the AI assistant, upload documents directly into conversations for analysis, collaborate on tasks and priorities, and work securely within the platform. They just don’t have access to the connected business data (financials, CRM, etc.) — that’s reserved for Premium seats.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts apply automatically based on your total paid seat count (Standard + Premium combined). 6–15 seats get 10% off, 16–50 get 15% off. For 50+ seats, contact us for custom enterprise pricing.
What integrations are included?
Premium users get all 11 integrations: QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, FreshBooks, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, Google Drive, OneDrive, Companies House, and document upload. Standard users can upload documents to chat but don’t connect to external business data sources.
Is my financial data safe?
Absolutely. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption, read-only OAuth connections (we can never modify your records), two-factor authentication, and role-based access controls. Standard users never see connected business data unless a Premium admin grants access.
